The fees for Pool Academy Aquatics FZ LLC courses will be paid at the start of the course. Payments can be done via our online booking system using a debit/ credit card ONLY. Upon joining, a REGISTRATION fee and a TERM fee MUST be paid to Pool Academy Aquatics FZ LLC. All fees are non-refundable. NO CASH PAYMENTS will be taken due to hygiene purposes.
Credit notes will only be issued for serious sickness (i.e fractures/ breaks) during the term with a valid medical certificate and on approval from management.
In the event of a force majeure, all fees will not be refunded but missed lessons will be rescheduled.
In April of every year, the REGISTRATION fee must be paid to Pool Academy Aquatics FZ LLC. This is a requirement for all Individual Members of Pool Academy Aquatics FZ LLC. This fee amount may change yearly.
The registration fee is valid for one swim season ONLY. The duration of each swim season starts from the month of April each year and ends in March of the next year (One Swim Season at Pool Academy Aquatics FZ LLC is a period of 1 YEAR) – though new registrations are taken throughout the year WITH FULL PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE.
All payments MUST be done at the BEGINNING OF EVERY TERM for that particular term of swimming. If no payment is made, the member WILL NOT be allowed to swim.
Pool Academy Aquatics FZ LLC does not offer any refunds once fees have been paid. If any lesson is missed out by the member, it is the responsibility of that member and Pool Academy Aquatics FZ LLC WILL NOT refund this lesson in terms of money or a “catch up” lesson.
If any lesson is cancelled by Pool Academy Aquatics FZ LLC, this is the only time a “catch up” lesson will be arranged.
If a catch up class is provided, you will be informed of the date and time prior to the catch up class. Refunds will NOT be given if a child misses the swimming class due to being on holiday, school trip or any other event.
Customers can cancel their booking within 24 hours without having attended any courses; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
